HIGH on Aspirin .. for NICE skin

Hello peeps .. camwhored my morning face again o_O i just love to flash my camera in the morning cuz the face & eyes tend to look so fresh .. after so many hours in slumberland !

okies .. here's my aspirin mask remedy for nice skin ;) A special note to Ms. XoXo, so sorry for delaying this post , & thanks for waiting*hugz* ;) I actually discovered this aspirin for skin remedy through a 'fellow'. To uphold my blog integrity, i've tested this aspirin mask myself for at least 6-7 times already.

Now, the ingredients you need for the mask are :- 1) Aspirin 2) Honey 3) Water

Please USE non-coated aspirin, NOT those coated aspirin or it won't work! its fucking difficult to dissolve and doesn't leave the good after-effect on the skin! ;( The other day i bought the below Panadol aspirin & fucking damn !! it was coated aspirin! i thought it was non-coated cuz the box did not state that the aspirin is coated ! I've have a feeling all genre of Panadol aspirin are coated, so don't get this brand but ..

THIS !! yes, get BAYER aspirin !
Its easily available at Guardian pharmacy

Now.. lets get the plot rollin' ..

use 3 tablets of aspirin

put a few drops of water to dissolve the aspirin. PLEASE listen! ONLY a few drops should be used to soften the aspirin, if too much water is used the aspirin will bleed away into nothing and will be pretty much ineffective ! Okey..okey..some may ask how many drops is enough o_O Its about 2 drops of water for each tablet of aspirin. After coming in contact with that few drops of water, the texture of the aspirin should be grainy, crumbly. Mash up the aspirin with your fingers so that you can feel its texture.

next, drizzle some honey unto the mashed-up aspirin & stir around (about half a teaspoon of honey) again, don't be greedy ! if you use too much honey, the mask will be dripping off your face!

when aspirin comes in contact with honey, it dissolves the aspirin very quickly !

rub the aspirin-honey mask unto clean face! i usually gentle-scrub my face prior to maximise the effect. note : if aspirin crumbs keeps falling off your face, fret not ;) this means there's not enough honey to hold the mask together. Just rub some honey into your face to hold the mask. The mask should look grainy on the skin

Leave the mask on for 15minutes .. geezzz .. it seemed like eternity! i'm born impatient ! but then again, for the sake of beauty .. can't bitch much about the wait .. nyek..nyek

after 15minutes, do not wash off the mask immediately! use your finger to rub your face in circular motion as the grainy texture of the aspirin mask acts as exfoliant !

tadaaa .. my face after the aspirin-honey mask treatment, my skin feels smooth, supple and toned ! ;)

Truth be told, i'm lucky cuz i've never had bad pimply skin all my life but then again but i still have to work hard to maintain it! because i do get the occasional small zit popping up once in awhile and it left one or two tiny scars on my skin bcuz i scratched it! small amount of pigmentation has surfaced on my face lately .. age catching up, so i guess its hormonal ? ;( Hope with more regime of this asprin-honey mask, it'll also help to minimise my pigmentation and heal the tiny scars from the zits i scratched !

the pic below: just for you guys to see how my wrongly purchased Panadol coated aspirin turn out. As you can see, the mask on my face is not grainy where it should be.. the mask looks and feels creamy and my skin didn't feel supple after i washed off the mask- damn ..waste of time and $$

so remember ya .. get non-coated aspirin ! get BAYER aspirin ! also, if you're sceptical of how your skin would react to aspirin, apply the aspirin-honey mask only unto your jawline & wash off after 15minutes. If there's no allergic reaction by the next day, then it should be fine. Be adventurous ! experiment! experiment !
